About
Hi, I’m is a designer who leads teams towards north star visions, incorporating multiple product lines and hardware into one cohesive solution.
While I have a deep understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, I also have a wide breath of knowledge of how to design to improve lives and processes across various industries and users. Industries I’ve designed for include automotive, smart home, industrial, aerospace, and more.

I gravitate to this type of work because of the opportunities to solve complex problems through systemic thinking and design strategy. It requires blending multiple product lines both digital and physical into one cohesive solution. And most importantly, helping users reach their goals by designing trustworthy and easy to use emerging technology.

My superpower lies in fostering trust with cross-functional team members whether its those down the hall or across the ocean. Guided by my drive, positivity, and delivering results, I help facilitate consensus and propel us toward our shared goal – delivering meaningful solutions.

Testimonials

“Meaghan’s super powers are working, nearly simultaneously, from both macro and micro views, and finding opportunities to connect gaps between horizontal experience – and does so with exemplary tenacity and grace.”

UX Director, Amazon

“Meaghan has an ability to quickly identify ambiguity and take immediate action to disambiguate the problem using her designs skills. Her bias for action and use of the right tools earns her trust with all the stakeholders and differentiates her from others.”

360 Stakeholder feedback, Amazon

“Meaghan’s super powers are in her ability to gain trust from her partners. Within her first month of starting on the team she was able to jump in and begin supporting engineering efforts by creating designs and problem solving with the larger group to come to decisions quickly. Her early deliverables and quickly pivoting to diving deep into the product and future scope of the service displayed her dedication and customer obsession to her peers and partners. Today she has become the beacon for all things IoT related and a subject matter expert in her space.”

Sr UX Manager, Amazon

“Meaghan has the perfect combination of high emotional intelligence, strong UX/UI knowledge and technical skills, and a desire to grow and develop, which made her an amazing member of our team. Not only did she have to work on the detailed user flows, screen designs, and usability testing, but she also had to develop new processes, roles, and systems during our transformation into a more digital, agile organization. This was analogous to building the plane as she was flying. To achieve this Meaghan also showed her emotional intelligence skills to rally a multidisciplinary team around a common goal.

UX and Industrial director, BSH
